- All orders placed throughout the Black Friday-Cyber Monday weekend will be packed and shipped out within 3 weeks of the date of purchase. Please note: this window does not include shipping time.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your order once it leaves our hands - as much as we wish we could! If your package has not arrived by it's expected delivery date, please check your tracking number and contact the applicable shipping company to check it's progress.
- For our international babes: we are so excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in it's destination country.
- Due to the high shipping demand throughout the sale, the "express shipping" and "pick up in-store" options will not be available for any purchases made over the weekend. Please note: this applies to regular-priced merchandise as well.
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to adjust any details of your order, including but not limited to: size, style, or colour.
- Once it's gone, it's gone! Sold out items will not be restocked during the sale.
- We are unable to ship multiple orders together after they have been placed. All orders will ship individually as they are placed.
- No additional discounts will be valid on any items throughout the sale weekend.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments or refunds on merchandise purchased prior to the start of the sale.
