Can sale be combined with any other discounts?

Sale prices can not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. You're already getting the best price!

 

Can I use my first time buyer code on the sale?

The first time buyer code is only valid on full price merchandise and can not be combined with any additional discounts. The good news is that means you can save it for your first full price purchase! Exclusions apply.

 

I just bought this item, can I get a price adjustment?

Discounts are not applicable to previously purchased merchandise. We are able to make price adjustments to orders placed three days before the start of the sale. If this applies to you, please email the customer care team at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com with your order number, and the team will be happy to help you further!

I can't find express shipping or the pick-up in store option?

Express shipping is currently turned off due to the high volume of orders. The pick-up in-store option is currently turned off as our Flagship Store is closed for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pick up in store orders at this time.

 

Is the sale online only?

Yes, as our Flagship Store is currently closed.

 

How much is free shipping?

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $250 within North America. Click here to view our shipping rates.

 

How much is regular shipping?

 

Shipping is determined by location and weight. Please note, our warehouse is located in Vancouver, BC Canada. Click here to view our shipping rates.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders are expected to ship within 21 business days of being placed. This is longer than our usual shipment time due to the high volume of orders. Please note, this does not include actual shipment time. Some shipment carriers are experiencing delays as well which are outside of our control. If you need help tracking your order please email heybabe@brunettethelabel.com

 

How long will it take for my order once it has been shipped?

It depends on where you are located! All packages ship from Vancouver, BC Canada. Once the package has left our facility we are unfortunately unable to control shipment times. We recommend that you use your tracking number for updates or reach out to us at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com and we can assist you in locating your package. We can't wait for you to get your goodies!

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to change or modify any orders after they have been placed. You will need to submit a new order if you would like to purchase more items.

 

But I ordered the wrong size or color?

We understand these things happen! Please email our customer care team immediately at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com with your order number and a quick explanation. We are only able to cancel orders that have not been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment yet so the sooner the better. Once your order has been cancelled, we will confirm this with you and you can reorder with the correct items. Unfortunately we are unable to adjust or modify any items in an order. Please note that we will be unable to accommodate this request if your order has already been processed for shipment, but we will always try our best to help you.

 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

We may be able to accommodate this request within a few hours of your order being placed. Please immediately email our customer care team at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com with your order number and they will do their best to assist you. Please note that we will be unable to accommodate this request if your order has already been processed for shipment, but we will try our best to help you.

 

How long does the customer care team take to reply?

 

Our customer care team is available seven days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Please note that any emails or messages sent outside this time frame will be replied to as soon as possible during the next business day. We aim to reply as soon as possible but due to the high volume of orders we may take a bit longer than normal - thank you in advance for your patience!

 

What do I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please email our customer care team immediately at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com with both your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to update this for you before your order ships, and the sooner you let us know the more likely it is that we can catch your order in time.

 

How do I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

 

Can I exchange or return my item?

All sale items are final, no exchange or refund.

 

What happens if I never received my order?

Please check your tracking number to see the last known status of your order as it may have been taken to the post office or delivered to a community mailbox. Shipment notifications are sometimes sent out before the package has been delivered so we recommend waiting one day after confirmation. Please email us at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com with your order number if you still have not received your package and we can assist you further.

 

I missed the sale, can I still get the discount price?

We are unable to accommodate sale prices after the sale ends. Please place your order before the sale ends.
