Please note that we are still shipping orders, however, our Flagship Store is currently closed. Due to the uncertainty of the current situation, orders are expected to take 10 days to ship. Our longer shipment window is due to implementing elevated safety precautions during COVID19. You will be updated with a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please note that all shipment companies are currently experiencing their own delays which are out of our control. We will ship within 10 business days of your original order date of in-stock items.

Lisbeth jewelry ships separately from Toronto, ON.
For our international babes: we are so excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada. All international parcels may be subject to duties & taxes. This is dependent on the countries customs policy and payable by the customer. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in it's destination country.
PICK UP IN STORE
We are currently unable to accommodate the pick up in store option as our Flagship Store will be closed for the foreseeable future. If you are located in Vancouver, upon checkout, feel free to select the pickup in store option. Once you receive an email from us that your order is ready, you can come down to our store and pick up your order.
CAN I CHANGE/UPDATE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Thank you so much for your order! Unfortunately our system doesn't allow me to edit or add to orders once they've been placed. To change or update your order, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to cancel your order for you to replace a new order with your desired items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note, we will be extending in-store returns to 30 days from when our Flagship Store is open again.
We offer exchanges and returns at the shipping cost of the purchaser.
Please note that Hair Clips are final sale.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
All sale items and customized items are nonrefundable.
