Job Role: Sales and Inventory Coordinator
Position: Full-Time

Location: Vancouver (Please note, this is not a remote position)

About the Role:
We are looking to hire a Sales and Inventory Coordinator to take on a great role within our team. You will have the support of the full team including the Founder and Creative Director to reach your goals. You will work closely with our Brand Director and Marketing Team on a daily basis.
The job role will consist of daily customer care tasks including phone calls and emails, keeping our online orders organized and shipped within the allotted time frame, hosting virtual sales appointments and in-person shopping and styling sessions.
You will also help to oversee our inventory system including managing the flow of inventory from our warehouse to the showroom to support online sales, shopping appointments and events as needed. This also includes ensuring our inventory system is running smoothly for our online store.
You will be a highly organized, and results-driven individual. You adhere to deadlines, strive for the highest quality standards for the brand, and enjoy getting on with the task at hand in a supportive and friendly environment.
This role will best suit a sales-focused and analytical individual who is warm and inviting, highly organized, good at working independently and able to stay on task, adhere to deadlines and turn any situation into a positive one.
Responsibilities:

Customer service through email, phone calls and in-person

Adhere to our warm and welcoming brand voice both in-person and virtually

Host virtual shopping appointments

Curate and host weekly Poshmark sales

Facilitate in-person shopping at our head office

Sample sales, pop-ups and events as needed

Oversee the flow of inventory
- Ensure our inventory system is connected and running smoothly

Oversee the exchange and return process

Pack and ship all online orders with care and ensure they go out in a timely manner

Have ideas and suggestions to help increase online sales, in-person sales, for pop-ups and events, and how to make the customer experience distinctly special from start to finish

Collaborate with the Marketing Team on various other tasks
Ideal Candidate:
-
1-2 years of experience in customer care, eCommerce or inventory is preferred
- Naturally warm, welcoming and inviting

Very strong organizational skills and ability to implement and follow systems with exceptional time management skills

Able to transform a negative issue into a positive one

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Fast-paced with a strong sense of urgency

Attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with the directors
- Valid drivers license
Compensation: 40,000 - 50,000 depending on experience; medical & dental benefits
