All our products fit true to size for the intended fit (unless noted on the product page). Our clothing fits relaxed to oversized because we want you to live your most comfortable life. Please note, our oversized pieces are intentionally designed to fit oversized (just the way we like it), so if you're looking for something a bit more fitted or are in between sizes then we recommend sizing down.

Our customer care is available from 9 am to 5 pm pst from Monday to Friday. Our team takes a little break over the weekend, but we'll reply to any messages receieved on Saturday or Sunday by Monday. We can't wait to chat with you!

Orders may take up to 10-14 business days to ship during our busy periods, although we always aim to ship quicker than that! We know how exciting it is to have a care package in the mail.

Free shipping is valid on all orders over $200 within North America! Please note, this does not include sale items. We also offer local pick up at our head office in Vancouver.

Please note, we may not be able to make updates depending on the status of your order, so its always best to reach out as soon as possible for any adjustments. We are unable to make any changes once your package has been shipped, but we do have a return and exchange policy if needed.
