Returns & Exchanges

DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Sometimes things happen! We offer exchanges and returns on all full price merchandise at the shipping cost of the purchaser. Please note that there are some exclusions including Hair Clips, Tie Dye Kits and some collaborations. All sale items are final sale, no exchange or return.

Please ensure to include your name, return address, and order details within your return or exchange package.

We also suggest that you hold on to you shipment receipt with the tracking number just in case! 

 

ORDER RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Here at Brunette we take the quality of our products very seriously and we can assure you that any damages or faulty products will be compensated for. Please send us an email that includes photos of the damages to heybabe@brunettethelabel.com and we will have your new items shipped out ASAP! 

 

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Apologies for the mix-up! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com and we’ll be sure to look into it and get you your correct items as fast as possible.
