We are a Canadian company and ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. When shipping from Canada to the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as determined by U.S. Customs.
These charges are not included in your product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. They may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please note that our pieces are manufactured in China and India, and applicable duties may vary based on origin.
We are not able to reimburse or refund any customs, duties, or taxes incurred.

Black Friday Terms & Conditions
Our Black Friday sale runs from early access on Wednesday, November 26, to the end of day Monday, December 1. Orders placed after this will not receive the sale pricing. All purchases are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges, and sale prices cannot be applied to previous orders. Free shipping codes are not valid during the sale, but you can still earn free shipping on orders over $200 within Canada. Prices as marked. No additional codes or discounts apply.
Orders are expected to ship within 14 business days due to high volume. Please note, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after being placed, including any size or style changes or address updates.
