  • Coordinate inventory receiving, stock counts, and adjustments, proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party warehouse, coordinating priorities and operational requirements.
  • Oversee order processing and fulfillment, ensuring orders are accurate, shipped on time, and meet retailer-specific shipping, packaging, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage inventory and order workflows within Shopify, including wholesale order processing.
  • Set up and manage wholesale accounts and ordering platforms, including Faire, ensuring accurate account information, order processing, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory availability, incoming stock, and potential shortages, keeping internal teams informed of any issues that may affect sales or fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory, systems, and warehouse operations are prepared for product launches and seasonal deliveries.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Support general office administration.
  • Support the team with all day-to-day operational and inventory needs across the brand.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong hands-on Shopify experience required, including inventory management, order processing, and Shopify B2B/wholesale functionality.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Experience coordinating with a warehouse team.
  • Understanding of wholesale order processing, fulfillment, and shipping requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including working with inventory data and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
