Please note, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been placed. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping time depends on your location as we ship from Vancouver, British Columbia.

However, we can guarantee that we will only send you pieces in the style you have selected - you will not receive different items than the option you choose.
If you order multiple mystery packs, you may receive duplicate pieces in your order. We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen, but we recommend spreading the love and gifting a piece to a friend or charity if you receive a duplicate!
