Please note, we are unfortunately unable to offer local pick up during this time, but are working to have this set up as soon as possible and welcome you back to Brunette Showroom! We are also still open to accept all exchanges and returns at our HQ.

 

For our international babes, we are so excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada. All international parcels may be subject to duties & taxes. This is dependent on the country's customs policy and payable by the customer.  All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in its destination country.  

 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to process and be ready to ship. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and current shipping conditions. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays.

 

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or FedEx tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become active. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders...sometimes they are hiding!
