Wholesale Customer Care & Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Vancouver, BC
About Us
Founded by Miriam Alden in 2014, Brunette the Label is a Vancouver-based clothing brand designed in Canada with a mission to support all babes, all day, every day. How we make people feel is the most important thing.
The Role
We are looking for a confident, personable, and results-driven Wholesale Customer Care & Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the CEO and Brand Director, this role will support our wholesale customers while also representing and selling Brunette the Label across a variety of customer-facing opportunities, including warehouse sales, pop-ups, events, and live and virtual selling.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys selling and connecting with people. You should be comfortable starting conversations, understanding customer needs, confidently presenting product, and closing sales, while maintaining a warm and elevated Brunette experience.
You will work across wholesale customer care, sales, and brand experiences, helping bring Brunette to life wherever we are connecting with our customers. This includes supporting wholesale accounts, selling at brand events and pop-ups, hosting or supporting live and virtual selling opportunities, and assisting with warehouse sales.
As these brand initiatives can take place outside of regular business hours, this role requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for warehouse sales, pop-ups, events, and other selling opportunities.
This is a hands-on role within a small team where you will be expected to take initiative, stay organized, and contribute wherever needed.

- Engage with customers, initiate conversations, understand their needs, and confidently close sales.
- Support the planning, setup, execution, and takedown of warehouse sales, pop-ups, events, and other brand activations.
- Host or support virtual shopping appointments and live selling opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and wholesale accounts to ensure opportunities are not missed.
- Assist with wholesale orders, product requests, and other account needs as required.
- Support inventory counts, product organization, and inventory-related tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the CEO, Brand Director, and broader team to ensure product, sales, customer care, and event needs are communicated and actioned efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase sales across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Provide day-to-day support across sales, customer care, events, and operations as needed.
What You Bring

- Comfortable presenting product, styling customers, and speaking confidently about the brand.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong follow-through with the ability to manage multiple customers, accounts, and priorities at once.

- Strong understanding of Brunette the Label’s product, customer, and overall aesthetic.
- Interest in fashion, retail, sales, and the broader fashion landscape.
- Bonus: Experience working with inventory, wholesale accounts, or within a fashion brand.
- Flexible and available to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for warehouse sales, pop-ups, events, and other selling opportunities.
- Embraces the small-team spirit and is willing to jump in and support across different areas of the business.
