CAN I BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Purchase gift certificates here!
Gift certificates can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, you will see the option to add a gift certificate. When you click the ADD button, you will be promoted to type in your gift code. Once you click APPLY, your total will be adjusted.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or modify any orders after they have been placed.
FORGOT TO ENTER A DISCOUNT OR PROMO CODE?
No worries! Please email us at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com, and we can adjust your total and issue a partial refund for you.
MY DISCOUNT CODE DIDN'T WORK?
Please note that discounts and promo codes are only valid on full-price items with some exceptions including collaborations. Our Free Shipping code is not valid on sale items or Mystery Packs.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES?
For our international babes, we are so excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada. All international parcels may be subject to duties & taxes. This is dependent on the country's customs policy and payable by the customer. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in its destination country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to process. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and current shipping conditions. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Vancouver, BC.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or FedEx tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders...sometimes they are hiding!
PACKAGE TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED?
We know how exciting it is to have a package in the mail! Please email us at heybabe@brunettethelabel.com and we will assist you with locating your package.
WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To start your return, please click here and follow the instructions provided. You'll receive an email notification once your items have been received. Please note that the refund will be initiated upon receiving the product.
When initiating the return, make sure to have your order number ready and select the items you wish to return, specifying the reasons they didn't work out.
As a small business, we do not cover the cost of shipping back returns/exchanges. The shipping fee comes out of the total amount refunded once processed. Please note for exchanges - we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
