CAN I BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Gift certificates can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, you will see the option to add a gift certificate. When you click the ADD button, you will be promoted to type in your gift code. Once you click APPLY, your total will be adjusted.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

For our international babes, we are so excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada. All international parcels may be subject to duties & taxes. This is dependent on the country's customs policy and payable by the customer. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in its destination country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 10 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and ship speed but we always aim for our orders to be shipped out the following business day. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse or flagship store located in Vancouver, BC.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or FedEx tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders...sometimes they are hiding!
